Description

One component polyurethane varnish, highly recommended when a matt and glossy finish is desired for parquet floorings. It gives the wooden floor a warm and soft appearance, moreover it is very easy to be applied, because it spreads well, and it never shows orang peal, neither overlapping, no bubbles, it dries quickly and the opaque compound spreads on the surface in a homogeneous way. Excellent yield, highly resistant to abrasion, dries rapidly and does not alter the wood’s natural beauty. When washed with nonabrasive detergents lasts a long time.

Application

It’s applied onto previously sanded, filled and vacuumed wooden floor. The product may be applied with brush or roller keeping to the over-varnishing times. Should thinning seem necessary use our thinner senthtetic. Apply one coat of NC-sealer primer followed by two coats of Polypar/Oilabond varnish to finish. After 24 hours sand the first coat with 220 grit sandpaper and apply the second coat. Its easiness of application allows you to obtain surface that is absolutely free from any kind of defect (roller marks, surmounts etc.). In the case of exotic woods apply Polypar / Oilabond varnish directiy without a sealer primer, using the same Polypar/ Oilabond varnish thinned by 20-30% with thinner senthtetic for the first coat. Polypar/ Oilabond is a lacguer with an oxidative polymerization. Therefore it is possible that some wood species very rich of extractive A slow down the drying process.
