Nitro-Cellulose Based Sealer

After having sanded the wood floor with 30 or 60-grit abrasive paper, apply using a smooth trowel Polypar/ Oilabond N.C Sealer mixed with the wood dust of the previous sanding with 100 grit abrasive paper. After finishing the smoothing, sandpaper with 80-grit abrasive paper and proceed with the following steps of sandpapering. If the floor has too many cracks, you must smooth it also after the 100-grit abrasive paper (always mixing Polypar/ Oilabond N.C Sealer with wood dust from previous sanding with 100 grit abrasive paper). After final sanding or screening, vacuum and tack thoroughly. Apply the sealer by pad, brush, roller or airless-spray. When dry, abrade and eliminate dust carefully. And with one of our solvent – based finishes of the Polypar, Nova and Gala varnish.
