Description

Polyurethane two-component varnish on solvent base, recommended when a high gloss finish is required for parquet floors standing heavy wear. Yields well, resists highly to abrasion, dries rapidly and does not alter the natural beauty of the wood and a very good resistance to washing with water and neutral detergents,

1 onto wet film of 90 hardened at 20C and 65% R.H. for 7 days

Application

After being mixed in the ratio above mentioned and wait 15 mins, to allow prereaction. Nova varnish has to be applied onto the wood flooring after having sanded, puttied and well vacuum cleaned it. The product may be applied with brush or roller keeping to the over-varmnishing times. Should thinning seem necessary use our thinner cellulosic. Apply one coat of sealer Polypar/ Oilabond followed by two coats of Nova varmnish to finish or apply one coat of Nova Filler followed by one coat of Nova varnish to finish. In the case of exotic woods apply Nova varnish directiy without a sealer , using the same Nova varnish thinned by 20-30% with thinner cellulosic instead of filler for the first coat
