Usage

Helltech Floor is mainly used as a primer for polyurethane based floor coating systems and adhesives, Due to its low viscosity, deeply penetrates and fills the pores of concrete. Helltech Floor is very compatible with mineral substrates and has very strong binding capacity to mineral substrates, Helltech Floor prevents low guality concrete surfaces from sanding and dusting by strengthening concrete surfaces and thus gives more tough surfaces for floor coating and adhesive applications due to surface stabilizer power.

Application

Helltech Floor can be applied by paint-roller or paint-brush to the pretreated surfaces, Depending on the surface absorbance and respecting the re-coat intervals, more than one coat can be applied. High build in one pass can cause foaming. After at least 3 hours or within 12 hours, application of 2 component polyurethane based adhesive such as Dupon or Tover-C or polyurethane based floor coating or polyurethane based waterproof liguid applied membrane should take place, Re-coat intervals depend on the humidity, the ambient and substrate
